White Irish Mocha

The White Irish Mocha is coffee, Bailey’s Irish Cream, frothed milk, whipped cream and of course white chocolate. This homemade dessert coffee tastes just like it came out of a coffeehouse but with a kick.

White Irish Mocha

We couldn’t go through March without having an Irish Cream recipe on the blog. Grab a big mug because this is going to be epic.

This recipe calls for white chocolate. Not white candy, or candy quick melts. I mean the real deal! I use Baker’s white chocolate bar. It is portioned into 1/4 oz. little bricks so measuring is a cinch. To get those little curly white chocolate shaving I run a vegetable peeler down the side of the bar. Easy peasy and fancy.

Enjoy as a nice after dinner dessert coffee or first thing in the morning (we won’t judge…we are cool like that).

Ingredients
8 oz. fresh brewed hot bold coffee
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 oz. white chocolate, chopped.
1.5 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
2 oz. half & half, frothed
Reddi Wip for topping.
white chocolate shavings for topping.

Directions
In a large mug place chopped chocolate, sugar, and Irish Cream.
Pour the hot brewed coffee into the mug and stir. This will melt the chocolate and dissolve the sugar.

An easy gourmet boozy coffee you can whip up at home. How awesome is that?!
