Blackberry Vodka Lemonade Fizz

Blackberry Vodka Lemonade Fizz is a refreshing cocktail with vodka, lemonade, muddled blackberries, and a splash of club soda.

Blackberry Lemonade Vodka Fizz

Muddled blackberries, a shot of vodka with lemonade and topped off with club soda. A gentle stir and you will be sipping the Summer away with this Blackberry Vodka Lemonade Fizz.

This was our house drink for our annual Easter party. It is light and refreshing and perfect for daytime drinking.

Fourth of July Cocktail

It is so good I will be drinking this cocktail well into Summer.

  • With the berries coming into the season add or swap out for raspberries and blueberries.

It will be perfect for the Fourth of July.

Blackberry Vodka Lemonade Fizz

Non-alcoholic version:

Simply don’t add vodka. I make the kids this mocktail and they love it too. Especially when they get down to the berries at the bottom.

I only like lemonade if there is vodka in it.

Hey, great idea!! Sometimes the most simple things are best. I still have some frozen blackberries from last years harvest, will test this out right away. Am sure this will even taste better if you can add freshly harvested and juicy blackberries right from the bush! Cheers!
