There are not many ways I eat cauliflower. Let’s be honest it is kinda blah. I have amped up the flavor for my roasted cauliflower with onion, garlic and fresh thyme from the garden. Then a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese to put it over the top. The crispy caramelized flavor of the roasted cauliflower, onion, and garlic has become a favorite dish along side my grilled steak.
