Banana Nutella Swirl Skillet Cake with Nutella Sauce.

Ingredients
For cake:
2cupsBisquick
2tspbaking powder
4Tbssugar
dash cinnamon
dash nutmeg
1/2cupmilk
1tspbourbon vanilla extract
1Tbsvegetable oil
1egg
1mashed banana
1/4cupNutella
For sauce:
2Tbsbutter
1/3cupmilk
1/4cupNutella
1tspflour
sliced bananas for topping.
Instructions
For pancakes:
Butter a 12 inch cast iron skillet.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix all the ingredients together except for the Nutella.
Once well combined stir in Nutella with minimal strokes as possibly. This will create ribbons of Nutella throughout the pancake. I used my Kitchen Aid Mixer with the paddle attachment and stirred it on level 1 for 3 seconds.
Pour pancake mixture into cast iron skillet.
Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
For sauce:
In a small saucepan melt butter on low heat.
Add Nutella and milk and whisk. Turn up the heat to a medium low heat.
Once well combined add flour and whisk together.
Slice cake into individual servings and top with bananas and hot Nutella sauce.
