Ingredients

  • 2 stalks of celery diced
  • 1 cup of chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup craisins
  • 1/2 apple cored and diced
  • 1/8 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 2 cups roasted chicken chopped up
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Toss to combine. Continue to toss until evenly mixed.
  3. Serve immediately.
