1poundcod fishcut into sticks
1/2cuppastry flour
1tspgarlic powder
1cupseasoned bread crumbs
2Tbsbuttermelted
2large eggs
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Salt and pepper fish.
In a bowl mix flour and garlic powder and set aside.
In another bowl mix melted butter and bread crumbs and set aside.
Whisk eggs and 2 tablespoons of water in a bowl.
One piece at a time dredge fish in flour, shake off excess, dip in egg mixture, then dredge in bread crumbs until coated. Repeat until all fish sticks are coated.
Place a metal cooling rack on top of a baking sheet and spray with a non stick spray.
Place the fish sticks on the rack and bake at 400F. for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
