Ingredients

  • 2 Medjool Dates pitted and roughly chopped.
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 1 tablespoon cacoa nibs
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut
  • 2 tablespoons oats
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 whole frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Instructions

  1. Blend the first 6 ingredients on high in a blender until the contents start sticking together.
  2. You may need to scrape down the sides of the blender.
  3. Next add the nut butter, banana and almond milk and continue to blend until well combined and smooth.
  4. Pour ingredients into a bowl.
  5. Top with extra ingredients listed above.
