Ingredients

For the Burrata Caprese

  • 8 oz. Burrata Cheese sliced into 24 pieces.
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes diced
  • 2 oz Fresh Basil chiffonade (finely sliced)
  • 2 oz Balsamic Glaze
  • Fresh Cracked Salt & Pepper

For the Crostini

  • 1 French Baguette Sliced in 1/4 inch thick pieces.
  • 3/4 cup Olive Oil
  • Cracked Salt & Pepper

Instructions

For the Crostini

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread baguette slices on two large baking sheets.

  2. Brush both sides with oil, and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden. Rotate baking sheets halfway through bake time.

  4. Set aside and allow to cool before adding the topping.

For the Caprese Salad

  1. On top of the Crostini spread a layer of Burrata cheese.

  2. Next, top with tomatoes, basil, fresh cracked salt, and pepper.

  3. Drizzle crostini balsamic glaze.
