Ingredients

  • 8 tbsp butter (1 stick)
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 cans whole kernel sweet corn 15.25 ounce cans

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add red pepper flakes and stir into the butter

  3. Add the cream cheese and stir continuously until melted. The mixture will look curdled. 

  4. Add corn and stir until fully mixed and heated through. 

  5. Serve immediately.
