Creamy Cheddar Broccoli Potato Soup with Bacon Crumbles and Shredded Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 package Idahoan Steakhouse Soup Your favorite flavor.
  • 4 slices bacon diced
  • 2 ounces cheddar shredded

Instructions

  1. With a sharp knife dice the bacon.

  2. Cook bacon over medium high heat for 4 -5 minutes. Stir occasionally so both sides of the bacon get crisp. Transfer to bacon to a plate. 

  3. Cook Idahoan Steakhouse Soup per package directions. 

  4. Once soup is done cooking. Pour into individual serving bowls. 

  5. Garnish the soup with diced bacon and shredded cheddar cheese. 

  6. Serve.
