Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds pork tenderloin
  • 1 Coleslaw Kit found in the produce section in the bagged salad section
  • 1 18 ounce bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce
  • 1 package slider buns or buns

Instructions

  1. Place your pork tenderloin in your slow cooker.
  2. Pour BBQ sauce over the tenderloin.
  3. Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours until pork is cooked through and tender.
  4. Pull pork apart and stir to evenly coat with BBQ sauce.
  5. Mix together your coleslaw.
  6. Place heaping scoops of BBQ pork and coleslaw on your slider buns.
  7. Serve immediately.
