  • 1/2 of a 12 ounce box of Jumbo Shells
  • 15 ounce Ricotta
  • 4 ounce shredded Italian Five Cheese Blend
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 lb ground Sweet Italian Sausage
  • 24 oz. jar of Marinara or your favorite Italian sauce.


  1. Spray nonstick spray into a 9x13

  2. Boil shells per box instructions for prebake

  3. Mix together ricotta, Italian cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning

  4. Let shells cool. Then fill with cheese mixture.

  5. Cook Italian Sausage and drain off any excess fat.
  6. Add the pasta sauce to the sausage.
  7. Pour over the stuffed shells and spread evenly.
  8. Bake in the oven at 400 degree for 30 minutes
