Variety of heirloom tomatoes
sliced.

Sliced mozzarella

Fresh basil leaves

balsamic vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste.

Heat balsamic vinegar over medium high heat for about 20 minutes or until the vinegar has reduced by half. Set aside and let cool.

Layer tomatoes, mozzarella and basil.

Drizzle balsamic vinegar reduction over the salad

Salt and pepper to taste and serve.
