Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 1 Tbs fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • zest from 1 lime.

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. This allows the flavors to develop.
