Slow Cooker Salsa Verde Pork Soup

  • 1 lbs Pork Tenderloin
  • 2 qts chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 16 oz. Salsa Verde
  • 2 15.5 oz can of cannellini beans


  1. Set your slow cooker on high and add the pork, broth, cumin, salt, pepper and salsa verde.
  2. Cook for 4 hours.
  3. Shred the pork tenderloin, add the beans and cover and cook for 10 more minutes.
  4. Serve with sour cream, avocado, tortilla chips, and cilantro.
