Grilled Potatoes

Grilled Potatoes. Cut into slices, wedges, or thick steak fries.

Ingredients

  • 4 large Russet Potatoes cut
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • tablespoon fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Brush potato slices will olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Turn the grill on high heat.
  3. Place potatoes on the grill for 2-3 minutes and flip. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. This will give the potatoes those nice grill marks.
  4. Turn down the heat to medium.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes on both sides.
  6. Potatoes should have the texture of french fries when done.
  7. Melt butter and stir in garlic and parsley.
  8. Brush grilled fries with garlic butter.

  9. Salt to taste.
