Garlic Sauteed Asparagus


  • 12 oz.to 1 lbs of fresh asparagus
  • 3 TBS salted butter
  • 1 heaping tsp of minced garlic


  1. Cut off the tough ends of the asparagus.
  2. Heat your cast iron skillet on medium heat.
  3. Melt butter in the cast iron skillet.
  4. Add garlic and stir in. Cook for a minute.
  5. Add in asparagus and toss to coat with the butter and garlic.
  6. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately.
