Beer Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 4 oz shredded smoked Gouda cheese
  • 6 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese - reserve 4 ounces to sprinkle on top.
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove of garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 3 oz Yuengling Beer or your favorite beer.

Instructions

  1. In a medium size bowl mix together all the ingredients.
  2. Pour into a baking dish and sprinkle remaining 4 ounces of Mozzarella on top.
  3. Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
  4. Broil on high for 2-3 minutes until you get the desired amount of burned cheese bubbles.

Recipe Notes

Refrigerate leftovers. It tastes just as good leftover.
