Cream Cheese Pumpkin Dip

Ingredients

For the Whipped Cream

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

For the Dip

  • 1 8 oz. package of cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/2 vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • whipped cream
  • 1 ginger snap cookie crumbed for garnish topping.

Instructions

For the Whipped Cream

  1. In a large mixing bowl add the heavy cream and powdered sugar.
  2. With an electric mixer beat the cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Set a side.

For the Dip

  1. In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the pumpkin puree, vanilla extract and sugar and beat until combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream until combined and white steaks of the cream are gone.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. When ready to serve sprinkle cookie crumbles over the top of the dip.
