Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Frank's RedHot Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 2 cups Shredded Cooked Chicken

For the Topping

  • 1/2 cup Shredded Sharp White Cheddar
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Sharp American Cheddar
  • 1/4 cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 1/4 cup Diced green onions.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. In a cast-iron skillet add the cream cheese, ranch dressing, and Redhot. Cook over medium-low heat until the cream cheese is melted through.

  3. Stir in shredded chicken and blue cheese until well blended.

  4. Spread dip evenly in the cast iron skillet then transfer to the oven. Bake for 15 minutes.

  5. Remove skillet from the oven and sprinkle the top with both cheddars, blue cheese, and diced green onions.
