Ingredients

  • 5 lbs. chicken wings, first and second sections thawed if frozen.
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup All Purpose Seasoning
  • 12 tbsp salted butter
  • 1 cup Frank's RedHot Sauce

Instructions

  1. Pat dry the chicken wings.

  2. Preheat your Air Fryer to 350°F

  3. Toss wings in olive oil and seasoning.

  4. Arrange chicken wings in your air fryer so they are not overlapping or touching. Depending on the size of your air fryer you may have to make these wings in 2 or more batches.

  5. Cook for 15 minutes and then flip the wings. Continue to cook for another 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  6. Melt butter in a small saucepan. Next stir in the hot sauce.

  7. In a large mixing bowl toss chicken wings in Buffalo Sauce until the wings are coated. Then serve!

Recipe Notes

This recipe makes roughly 45 wings. Depending on the size of your air fryer you may have to do more than 2 batches.

Adjust recipe for smaller quantities of chicken wings.
