Chocolate Dipped Ginger Snaps

To make these Chocolate Dipped Ginger Snaps is a box of ginger snaps and a bag of chocolate chips. A quick and sweet treat to make around the holidays.

Chocolate Dipped Ginger Snaps

Today I have a super easy recipe for you. Chocolate Dipped Ginger Snaps. It is the week before Christmas and everything needs to be easy and fast. Right?! Tonight I was making my chocolate gift boxes and was dipping everything in my pantry in chocolate. Since these are so simple and taste so good I snapped a couple of pics and wanted to share them with you. All you need is a box of ginger snaps and chocolate.

Melting Chocolate in a Double Boiler

The double boiler method is simply boiling water on the stove.  Reduce the heat to maintain a simmer. Place a mixing bowl on top of the pot of simmering water and add chocolate, stir continuously. This will gently melt the chocolate. My recipe post for chocolate dipped potato chips has pictures of my double boiler method if you need to see an example.
