  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 8 cups powdered sugar.
  • 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste – We use Nielson-Massey Vanilla Bean Paste

How to Make Buttercream Frosting with Vanilla Bean

  • In a bowl, combine the cream cheese and butter until thoroughly combined.
  • Gradually add in the powdered sugar, and mix the mixture until the aroma of freshly melted butter fills the room.
  • As you continue to beat the mixture, slowly pour in the heavy whipping cream and then the vanilla bean paste.
  • Whip the mixture until it’s light and fluffy – like a cloud.
  • Now, you’re ready to make delicious desserts!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 8 cups powdered sugar.
