Chocolate Dipped Ginger Snaps

bag milk chocolate chips.

bag or box of ginger snaps.

Melt chocolate in a double boiler. See notes.

Dip ginger snaps half way into the chocolate. With a spoon scrap off excess chocolate.

Lay dipped ginger snaps on a wax paper lined tray. Place in the refrigerator for chocolate to set.

Ready in about 20 minutes.
