Cardamom Coffee Bars with Vanilla Bean Mascarpone Frosting

A cake bar flavored with coffee and cardamom then frosted with a sweetened vanilla bean mascarpone frosting and sprinkled with chopped pecans.

We love drinking coffee and eating it too. Especially if it is in dessert form.

Welcome to Day 5 of Christmas Week. This annual event was started in 2012, and is hosted by Kim of Cravings of a Lunatic. This year we have over 35 bloggers sharing festive sweet recipes for the event.
