Construct this very berry mojito with white rum, club soda, fresh mint and blackberries. You can add Dekuyper’s Blackberry for an extra berry boozy kick.

Muddle the mint, sugar and blackberries to release the blackberry juice. The blackberry juice is going to give your cocktail that gorgeous purple color. Top off with club soda to make it sparkle.

The better the berry the better Mojito. If you can, try the blackberries before you buy them. The sweeter the better. Nothing is worse than non sweet or even sour berries.

Never run out of mint again. If you love cocktails (that is why you are here right?) then consider growing your own mint. Anyone can grow it. It is like a weed. Once you have mint you will always have mint.

Another blackberry cocktail I love is my Blackberry Lemonade Vodka Fizzy Cocktail. We love sipping the Summer away with that boozy lemonade.
