Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies are made with pumpkin puree blended into a soft cookie dough with chocolate chips. Not too sweet so the pumpkin, chocolate, and spice flavors really stand out. A low in sugar cookie with notable flavors.
Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies are a perfect combination of flavors for the Fall season. Chocolate and pumpkin are a fabulous combination. Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies are super soft, fluffy and delicious. They are like edible fluffy clouds with chocolate chips.
So I am sure you are looking at the recipe and saying that is it? 1/4 cup of sugar? Yes..sugar is overrated. The chocolate, pumpkin and spices are the flavors you want to taste from this cookie. Plus you won’t feel guilty when you eat like 5 in one sitting. You’re welcome.
The pumpkin and chocolate flavor combo go together like peanut butter and jelly. They just work so well together you will be asking yourself where has chocolate been all these years? Fall has just been pumpkin spice this and pumpkin spice that! Your Fall palate will never be the same!
I love chocolate and pumpkin so much I also have a Chocolate Pumpkin Breakfast Smoothie recipe you should check out. That recipe is sugar free and I could drink it every morning for breakfast. It is that good!
