Yes, we are madly in love with pumpkin and chocolate. I mean, the flavor combo is just so good! If you haven’t had the two together you are missing out on one of Fall’s simple pleasures.
Anyway, now you have some left over pumpkin puree and let’s face it guys. You could drink this smoothie every morning for the rest of your life but, variety is the spice of life. Recipe for Vegan Chocolate Pumpkin Smoothie
Chocolate Pumpkin Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 TBS 100% unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 TBS pumpkin puree
- 2 Medjool Dates deseeded and roughly chopped.
- 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 medium banana
- 6 oz. coconut milk
- 6 ice cubes
Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Serve immediately.

*You may subsitute the coconut milk with almond milk or regular cow's milk.
