Would you eat the brownie first then drink the cocktail? Or simply enjoy at the same time? We enjoy at the same time.
This is a really fun cocktail dessert combination to serve when you have guests over for an after dinner treat. The brownies don’t have to be homemade and from scratch. Bonus if they are! However, a box mix will do just fine.
I had more brownies nearby because honestly you won’t be able to eat just one! Three brownies are a good ratio to one Chocolate White Russian.
We choose the brownie for a chocolate overload. Plus it could sit on the rim of the glass and look cool when served. However, a stack of chocolate chip cookies is just as appealing sitting next to the Chocolate White Russian… I think I may be on to something.
Let’s drink and be friends!
