Homemade blackberry sauce is one of those sauces that is easy to make and so versatile. With a little creativity it can be used in any meal of the day. I am taking this blackberry sauce and showing you how to use it in three different meals: breakfast, lunch and dessert.
Let’s start with dessert. This homemade blackberry sauce makes a great dessert topper. You can put it over cheesecake, pound cake, or you can see how I used it on my Chocolate Cake & Blackberry Sundae over at Princess Pinky Girl.
This is lunch: Chicken Salad & Blackberry Croissant. It is an amazing sandwich you won’t want to miss! It is an easy lunchtime recipe so be sure to click over to it.
Today I am showing you a great breakfast option. I love warm buttery croissants with cream cheese. I love it even more with this sauce drizzled on top! It is super yummy, not too sweet but still indulgent. Other ways you can use this sauce is over yogurt or mixed in cooked oatmeal.
