Ingredients

  • 10 ounces fresh spinach roughly chopped
  • 1 pound Velveeta cut into cubes
  • 8 ounces cream cheese cut into cubes
  • 1 can 10 ounces Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles, undrained

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in the slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low for 2 hours stirring after 1 hour.
  3. Serve with corn chips.
