Disclosure: I partnered with Master of Mixes and was compensated to create this original recipe. I only partner with brands that I love and use.

With Summer in full swing we are beating the heat with this Frozen Passion Fruit Mojito. From the passion fruit mixer to fresh squeezed lime, this frozen cocktail is full of tropical flavors. It is sweetened with mint syrup and made fizzy with club soda. This twist on the Mojito is smooth, sweet and will have you sipping the whole summer.

You can find the Master of Mixes Passion Fruit Daiquiri/Margarita Mixer, Mint Syrup and their other great flavors in your grocery store. I typically find them in the soda aisle. They are the #1 purchased brand of cocktail mix flavors in the US and have over 45 flavors (every time I go to a new store I like to check out what flavors they carry)!”

Crafting the Cocktail

Summer is HOT and nothing is more perfect on a hot Summer day than a snow cone. I took inspiration from my childhood favorite treat and created this cocktail. Instead of putting everything in the blender I only use the blender to crush the ice to that snow cone ice consistency. Then I slowly pour in the rum and mixers and give them a quick stir to mix the flavors.

The best thing about the Master of Mixes is that they use real fruit and use an exclusive gentle processing recipe that does not overcook the fruit, resulting in a fresh, true-to-fruit flavor.
