Crafting the Cocktail
Summer is HOT and nothing is more perfect on a hot Summer day than a snow cone. I took inspiration from my childhood favorite treat and created this cocktail. Instead of putting everything in the blender I only use the blender to crush the ice to that snow cone ice consistency. Then I slowly pour in the rum and mixers and give them a quick stir to mix the flavors.

Recipe for a Frozen Passion Fruit Mojito
Frozen Passion Fruit Mojito
- 2 cups ice
- 2 ounces white rum
- 2 ounces Master of Mixes Passion Fruit Daiquiri/Margarita Mixer
- 1 ounce Master of Mixes Mint Syrup
- 2 ounces club soda
- juice from 1/2 lime.
- Garnishes: mint leaves and lime wedge
Add ice to blender and blend full power until ice is finely crushed to the consistency of a snow cone.
Fill your glass to the rim with ice.
Pour in rum, Passion Fruit Mixer, Mint syrup, club soda, and lime juice and give it a quick stir.
Add more ice to top off the glass.
