Brandon was lucky enough to visit Ireland recently and brought me back a bottle of Coole Swan. It is an Irish Cream that is out of this world good! Unfortunately we can’t get it here in the states. So if you ever find yourself in Ireland be sure to buy yourself a bottle or at least try it.
Mocha Irish Cream Frappuccino
- 4 oz. chilled espresso
- 1 oz. whole milk
- 2 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 5 ice cubes
- whipped cream
Place all ingredients except whipped cream into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into chilled glasses and add whipped cream on top.
