A boozy frappuccino with a generous shot of Baileys Irish Cream. This Mocha Irish Cream Frappuccino is a great starter drink for your St. Patrick’s Day celebrations. If you are starting the party early the espresso in this drink will ensure you will be awake until the end!

Brandon was lucky enough to visit Ireland recently and brought me back a bottle of Coole Swan. It is an Irish Cream that is out of this world good! Unfortunately we can’t get it here in the states. So if you ever find yourself in Ireland be sure to buy yourself a bottle or at least try it.

Mocha Irish Cream Frappuccino

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. chilled espresso
  • 1 oz. whole milk
  • 2 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 5 ice cubes
  • whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients except whipped cream into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into chilled glasses and add whipped cream on top.
  3. Serve immediately.
