How to Make Cherry-Infused Bourbon
Cherry Infused Bourbon
Cherry Infused Bourbon. We use this in our old fashioned and in coke.
Ingredients
- 8 oz. fresh cherries, pitted and sliced in half
- 16 oz. bourbon
Instructions
- Place cherries and bourbon in a large container and store in the fridge for at least 5 hours
- Use for Old Fashioneds or stir 2 ounces into coke for a bourbon cherry coke.
Notes
This recipe easily doubles.
Keep in mind that the cherries do soak up the bourbon.
The bourbon soaked cherries taste great. Don't throw them out!
