I received a copy of this cookbook to review. All opinions are my own.

Quick Shop & Prep 5 Ingredient Baking, Cookbook Review

Simplicity always makes for a great cookbook. Quick Shop & Prep 5 Ingredient Baking is just that. Real everyday ingredients that you already have in your pantry. You can open it, flip through the pages, find a recipe and make it right then.  No long list of ingredients, some of which you have never heard of or can’t find at your supermarket. Simple ingredients, great baking, delicious recipes. With 80 new and easy recipes you will be baking up a storm.

Honey Oatmeal Bars

I browsed through the pages of Quick Shop & Prep 5 Ingredient Baking  and found 2 simple recipes that sounded delicious. I didn’t have to run to the store to get the ingredients. I already had everything I needed. The easy to follow recipes guarantee no fail results. The Honey Oat Pecan Bars found on page 103 were full of flavor and even reminded me of baklava. It was an instant favorite and I will be making these again real soon.

Ginger Shortbread Cookies

These Cinnamon Shortbread Iced Cookies found on page 23 are easy and delicious. Perfect  to make during the holiday season. The cinnamon gives it that holiday taste. Speaking of the Holiday Season, this makes a great gift for the beginner baker and the seasoned bakers as well.
