Use Real Maple Syrup.
Using real maple syrup and not food-colored high fructose corn syrup is essential for making this killer crockpot meatballs with grape jelly and chili sauce. Don’t grab a bottle of Aunt Jemima or Mrs. Butterworth’s that is not maple syrup. It is corn syrup.
Cooking on High or Low
You can cook these crockpot meatballs with jelly on high or low. It doesn’t make a difference. It is more for planning purposes.

Ingredients
- 1.25 pound frozen beef meatballs
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 12 oz chili sauce
- 12 oz grape jelly
Instructions
- Place meatballs, maple syrup, chili sauce and jelly in your slow cooker.
- Stir to combine.
- Cook on High for 2 hours or Low for 3 hours.
- Serve warm.
