Strawberry Coconut Smoothie. Fuel your morning with this delicious smoothie combo of fresh strawberries and coconut.

There is nothing better than fresh picked from the farm strawberries. I have completely spoiled myself and can not buy strawberries from my chain grocery stores. I live in Maryland and the California strawberries they sell are not even pink in the middle when you slice into them. They are white. Ew! I can’t wait for Strawberry season. I absolutely love picking strawberries at the farm. I get a whole flat and freeze them for smoothies. Can we just agree that of all the berries strawberries are the best for smoothies?!

I may have went a little overboard on the garnishes for this Strawberry Coconut Smoothie. For the love of these these ripe juicy local berries I sliced one up for a super sweet burst of strawberry in this Strawberry Coconut Smoothie. I also sprinkled the top with coconut and oats for a small hint of crunch. I know this sounds like dessert but this Strawberry Coconut Smoothie is for breakfast.

I love smoothies for there flavor and convenience. They are perfect as a breakfast on the go! No crumbs, no mess just deliciousness in a cup. I blend up smoothies before heading out the door to run errands.  My only tip is don’t forget about the cup and leave it in your car. It won’t be pleasant finding that old smoothie cup in your car a few days later.
