Smoothies for weight loss taste great and work. It is time to fire up the blender and drop a few pounds. I am doing 14 days of protein smoothies for breakfast and lunch. That is 28 smoothies and this Coconut Banana Smoothie is one of my favorites.

I am using the GNC Total Lean Shake, Vanilla BeanCoconut Banana Smoothie 1flavor and it is the perfect base. It is the best tasting protein shake mix I have tasted. 

Ingredients:
2 Scoops GNC Total Lean Shake, Vanilla BeanCoconut Banana Smoothie 1
8 ounces water
6 ice cubes
1 medium sliced banana
2 tablespoons flaked coconut
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.
