The blue color of this cocktail is absolutely gorgeous. It glows inside the martini glass and pulls you in. It has a soft pineapple flavor with hints of orange. My most used bar ware is my Martini Glasses. Between Martinis, Cosmos, and this Blue Lagoon cocktail they don’t sit on the shelf long.

Put a Winter time spin on this cocktail and rim the glass with sweetened coconut. I know it still tastes like Summer but the frosty blue with the white coconut is very wintery looking.

Colored cocktails are fun for themed parties. Blue Cocktails are great for 4th of July, Summer and Winter. Whatever the occasion this smooth Blue Lagoon cocktail will be a winner.
